How to make a healthy meal

We are adding healthy meals analysis to the Nutrition Program. A meal such as lunch or supper can supply one third of your daily intake and we will look at 15 nutrients. Here are the criteria that we are using and are based on the dietary reference values (DRVs) for different age groups.
